Returns Policy
We have a "no quibble" returns policy.
Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in good condition (or in the case of damaged or faulty goods, in the condition in which you received them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full.
Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.

Delivery
UK delivery normally takes 4-5 working days depending on availablity of goods. Postage rates will vary due to the total weight of your order.
For international orders shipping will be at cost please ring to confirm rate.
